I expect follow-up announcements are soon to follow about orders and deliveries to clients. The wording of the news release started off with Wind Turbine nacelles, but moved on to other applications.

Castrol, their joint development partner, is a division of BP. BP is a major player in the wind farm business, so some of these units would likely be headed in that direction. The deal with Castrol was also to involve testing of the "wear materials" devices in heavy-duty construction equipment and commercial ships.

I have heard rumors of a deal with a company that is known for its shipping business (as well as other areas), but I have no idea about the heavy-duty construction equipment application.

The comment in the NR about "carryover of chemical constituents on product surfaces" has to be a reference to the application Steve Van Fleet mentioned about 2 years ago at the AGM meeting. I forgot the company name, but I think it begins with the letter "A".

The text "With modifications applications in organic fluids are also possible such as real time measurement of impurities in wines and other spirits, noninvasive glucose detection in potatoes and other fruits. These are just a few of the examples of where real time measurement and detection is applicable" must be new applications that being developed or being proposed. I have not heard anything on the rumor mill about those items.
