That text looks like extortion or bribery to me. Isn't that what most people think Cowan and Herzog were doing by witholding the work papers, extorting or bribing TAUG into a fast lowball settlement!

What is going to be awesome is when this gets to trial and TAUG demands its shares be replaced.. LOL
