The dilution factor is a non-factor! At current rate, the outstanding shares would take about 20 years to double!!! Being this will be done in the next couple of years, not a big deal at all.

No idea what you mean buy the "PLAY", unless it was the recent move from .025 to nearly .05! I do know a few that picked up some in the .033 area, but those are long term positions.
