It's obvious that MYEC is dead broke. Nott paying bills for auditor or lawyer and losing both, having to replace them and incur more costs MYEC won't be able to pay either.
Now no US employees and the office is G-O-N-E with ArrestEd doing the home office thing because, well, without a drivers license riding a bike in 107 heat is prolly nott a great idea. Plus the liquor cabinet at home is bigger, and you can't get popped for another DUI or drunk-in-public if you just gett hammered at home.
So, no MYEC office, no US employees or contractors, unpaid bills, and a new lawsuit against MYEC. Great news!
