Fair enough. Though Mt View / Castro and Palo Alto aren't that far apart. Mt View has grown up a lot in the past 15 years and is obviously a very wealthy city as well. Overall I agree with you though, but a space on University is hard to come by and premium priced.
Not that Castro is cheap but relatively cheaper. It's just an old beads and crafts / DIY jewelry store closed down and it's a large space so I couldn't think of anything I'd want there more!

I didn't know you knew this area though! Thought you were east coast?
