No many people know but a reverse split has happened with many companies with great success as it will with NSRC it is proven in the share price and how the price maintains and increases. When you actually have proven $$ billions in reserve of many different materials your company can maintain value. Therefore when the or if a Reverse split takes place the share price maintains but at a much higher price. Of course what would be the benefit to having a higher share price? Well many actually. One is they could possibly trade on a higher platform even outside the USA OTC with a higher share price. Second the higher share price will make the stock more acceptable to buy for many individual investors. The lower share structure will cause faster price movement upward mostly as there is no reason for a sell off. So when high volume days come you have faster unticking. Of course having less shares can lead to downward volatility also but this stock has not experienced a major sell off in some time. Of course there were many taking advantage of the recent uptick of 50% and sold which will happen with these lower priced stocks and another reason the reverse split will help as it will make the stock less affordable to penny investors looking for a quick flip. So the reverse split has many pluses some of which I did not even mention as this post is already to long. NSRC
