Cohorts A & B Generally well tolerated
Adverse Events: No Serious Adverse Events (SAEs)
16 AE's experienced by a total of 6 patients, investigator rated as "Unlikely related" or "Not Related"
None resulted in treatment withdrawal/dose change or study withdrawal.

NO SAE's. All mild or moderate severity


ALL report improvement of quality of life.

Cohort C ongoing 200 MG
