My take is ASI is not dead but, rather, on hold. The Yahoo poster had said "null". That can be (and was) taken many ways. My reading from John's letter to Vesig is that the contract is not cancelled but waiting on financing. Probably to buy more coal from third parties until they are in full production.

Ok, I can live with that. Well, for NEWC since that's its norm. Other companies I probably wouldn't be as patient with. In NEWC's case, I've started a business so I know how hard it is to get all one's ducks in a row to get things off the ground. I've adopted a saying I saw on FB.

I don't have ducks and they're not in a row. I have cats and they are scattered all over the place.
