You're right it's probably just coincidental timing.

Now that is just being not to smart on your part, it was issued June 13th, don't think u can time when a patent will be issued to a company, unless your suggesting the the patent office is involved in a conspiracy so maxd can have a PR stating they were issued a patent to get more money....
