Since everyone else is coming out of the shadows I'm also in with around 100k shares. I started purchasing in March of 2015 and accumulate a little here and there. I stay in because of Sussman and because I'm in the tech industry and I've read the patents it's obvious there is infringement because I know how this stuff works under the hood. The IP that is covered under the patents is exactly how all online first person shooter games work. If they get ATVI the rest will fall because client/server apps all work the same way.
