Hello Adam and Tanya=2C

This is some long overdue correspondence to update you both with respect to=
the current status of BioSecurity=2C Inc and our plans going forward. As y=
ou undoubtedly know=2C since last September the capital markets have been b=
eyond challenging and many companies of all sizes and in every market secto=
r have been adversely affected. We were extremely close to a financing last=
summer with two venture capital firms=2C one German based=2C the other Swi=
ss based that fell through in the eleventh hour for reasons not based on th=
e quality of the project. I of course had other potential financing partner=
s=2C or "irons in the fire" as they say available to me=2C but at the same =
time the Company was approaching those parties the market meltdown occurred=
and all anyone was then interested in doing was trying to preserve capital=
=2C not make additional investments. Various of those individuals have been=
in contact with me lately as things are slowly improving economically and =
we are again back in discussion with regards to financing the Company.

The future of companies like ours working in the food safety/disinfection c=
ategory continues to look bright and I am currently working on a small Priv=
ate Placement financing in order to keep things moving forward. The Company=
has been able to improve on our proprietary technology over the last year =
or so=2C and we are also working to possibly acquire another Company which =
has a cost effective produce lot tracking device which would be very import=
ant to government agencies in tracking the source of an outbreak of listeri=
a=2C salmonella or e-coli.

Our development has definitely been somewhat curtailed over the last 18 mon=
ths by financing difficulties and challenges=2C but at the same time we pro=
bably caught a bit of a break because if we had made a public offering duri=
ng the time frame that I had projected that would have been the worst time =
since the "Great Depression" to do so.

The plans remain the same as they originally were for BioSecurity and hopef=
ully I will be back to you soon with more specific news with respect to com=
pleting a major financing and having that financing partner take a position=
in the Company by purchasing a portion of your shares in the Company and t=
hen making a public offering as I had originally envisioned.

As you both know=2C Mark speaks to me frequently and has been nagging=2C or=
should I say more appropriately say=2C asking me to communicate with you b=
oth and I apologize it has taken so long to do so=2C but at least Mark now =
knows that I have accomplished that and I look forward to sending some posi=
tive news with the time frames required to accomplish our goals very soon.
