This is spot on. I think some peeps are confusing what is happening w/ RVUE with a bankruptcy. The company is not bankrupt. They are simply discontinuing the old business model and Roche is taking over the shell. He cannot just wipe out the existing shareholders.

This is not something that just came up. He has had a game plan the entire he was acquiring the majority position of RVUE. He is executing his plan to a tee. I am in agreement that he wants to roll Roche Enterprises into the RVUE shell to take advantage of the tax break on the loss that exists for RVUE.

Look at Roche's track record.....This is a very savvy business man. He has known what he was going to do the whole time. The curtain is now being pulled back, beginning with yesterday's PR.

Guys like Roche know how to make to money.....they don't throw it away. Read the tea leaves, Gents.
