Just how binding are those merger pre-voters' commitments?
Of the people who indicated they would approve the merger our BOD controls 82M shares/votes, POSCO 101M shares/votes, Gottbetter & Partners 51M shares/votes.
Were those pre-votes penned off-the-cuff on the back of a napkin at a recent RuPaul costume party in Vancouver? Or, were they inked on ironclad legal schmegal documents? I wonder just how binding those pre voting day endorsements really are?

PS, we dropped 34% last Friday, down another 5% Monday, down another 4% Tuesday, basically flat Wednesday, and today down another 8% to $.0184pps. Could things get any worst for us at LIEG? I am betting that with these hot air canucks running things it will. When will the Aussies step up to the plate and help save us? Or are they simply sitting in the wings (like circling vultures) just waiting for us to die the slow death by strangulation before they drop down to claw into what's left of our once beautiful voluptuous very-fetching carcass?
