Empty, keep in mind there is not much the company can say once the pre-IPO process is initiated. Which may be the case already. Except what is required to be filed.

Why are there limitations on corporate public statements?

Perhaps this is the reason why they are in such a hurry to distribute the dividend. Because they can't talk much afterwards.

There are quiet periods, lock up periods as well. Should be much the same in Hong Kong.
