I have struggled for several days as to what to say and how to say it in this e-mail. Your company is extremely advanced in Chile and any injunction problems are created through Barrick lying in court as they are so adept at! Jorge and Guillermo will very shortly end the charade of Barrick once and for all!
In the meantime,we are extremely close to landing one of three financings for our company. We are talking way above US$10M. I wish I could give details but cannot trust this will not get to the BCSC staff. By the way, since I walked out of the Feb.10,2017 hearing that I attended for 20 minutes, no one has contacted the company or myself. As one of our lawyers has said,"in my 35 years as a securities lawyer,I have never seen this happen before"!
Juan Guillermo has physically seen the subpoenas for Romolo Di Fonzo and Roy Leon. They,in our opinion,will go to jail in Chile for aiding and abetting the largest financial fraud in this history of this planet!! That is why it has taken so long and cost so much. Bottom line,WE HAVE ALREADY WON.
What we need now is for one or more shareholders to lend some funds for up to 4 weeks to the company.We will be able to pay it back with some sort of bonus. Once we know the closing date of the first financing, I will send out a strong request for a one to three week loan on the same basis. Again to be paid back in that time frame.
For anyone that can do this,please consider this seriously as Juan Guillermo is the one suffering at this moment. We have dedicated our efforts to the benefit of all shareholders and need some funds to finish the task.
