Simplytom: Spec 2017 doesn't have that issue...

It was AMD that chose Specrate INT 2006. They could have chosen a relevant server workload instead. But chosing that and then significantly lowering the Intel score is bad form. They could have even just run the GCC compiler for test as well on Intel hardware. But they didn't. So it really is no excuse.
