Well, in Lee's mindset, he thinks it should not be listed, god forbid if shareholders start making inquiries to verify the statements that AMMX has put forth. Shareholders that ask questions and demand truthful information and answers are the kind of investors Lee has no use for and he has made that clear in the past and wants "those people" to sell and get out.
