I finally received a response.

I had John Clarke's email address from a previous communication and he replied to my email. Both Martin and Laurie are retired, so basically John and finance are handling the IR duties.

Only 9 days left until the 6 months passes from the Dec 30th PR about delisting. He commented that the concern was with the share price, and unrelated to the market cap, so hopefully we'll getting positive news in the next week to week and a half that BAA is back into full compliance.

I'm really not sure if that will help bring more investors in, or if it will be the same ol' same ol' since most of the shares are locked by the fish bigger than us "common commons".

Gold price at a critical juncture here too. It needs to hold $1242...so far so good with some signs of a potential bounce.
