FD = Financial Distress That's like the situation at SUTI, millions of debt must be paid off before ANY real business could happen.
It's the price investors pay to become an elite member in a losing situation with a loser CEO. Golly, investors only need to come up with $4.6million to pay off the Controllers of their future.
Only problem is the Controllers find it easier to continue scam actions instead of building a real business.
If investors ever wise up and stop buying into this fraud, the money junkies will have to look elsewhere for a living...
