Well it was a general overview of information in the Balkan Countries on Hydro,
Albania is definitely the hot spot for hydro projects,

Presentation started at 7am, sorry if this caused anyone to miss, I was just using a CET time converter and just about missed it myself.

They did not respond to my questions,they were too project orientated questions.
They did say that the representatives would all be at the November meeting to meet and talk.

Looks like there really gearing up over there 4 new projects posted for bid since Shala Chinese news was found(they know). Turkey is huge also and booming more than 500 large HPP 23 GW by 20
Turkey is Commissioning 101 hydroelectric and dam facilities
Turkey will commission 101 new hydroelectric plants and dams worth US$3.44 billion in January, according to information published by Anadolu Agency, Turkey’s state-run news agency.
Minister of Forestry and Water Veysel Eroglu said President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was to simultaneously open 101 hydroelectric projects on Jan. 14, which have a capacity of 2,194 MW and will annually generate 7.4 billion kWh. A comprehensive list of facilities is not available.

Did anyone see Kesh in Albania put out a notice they have to import electric! they still can't cover what there using, they will import at low demand time for lower pricing and supply there-self on peak demand time.
