Cramer bases his philosophy on companies with decent fundamentals... not penny stocks that flush money down the toilet and have not been able execute ANY deal for the placement of its so called technology after 18 years and plethora of products that failed to generate a single production purchase order. He wouldn't touch Qsep with a 100 ft pole.
