RSI is a lagging indicator.
Charts reveal volume and price change over a period of time.
The volume in PMBS over the past six months has been way above average revealing investors are acquiring millions of cheap shares..I don't ask questions and simply follow the charts.
Based upon what I see PMBS will go way over .0003..More likely will go back into the high pennies!!
