CRE8TIVE WORKS RELEASES CORPORATE UPDATE
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, JUNE 20, 2017 (OTC MARKETS) – Cre8tive Works, Inc. (Ticker: “FILM”) (“Creative”) would like to provide
shareholders with a chorological review of the accomplishments of the first half of 2017 and outline the objectives for the remainder
of the year.
In the first six months of 2017, Cre8tive:
appointed Lisa Nelson to the Board of Directors;
appointed Lisa Nelson as President;
moved head offices from Miami Beach, Florida to Scottsdale, Arizona;
launched a new corporate website and social media campaign;
completed all filings to get reinstated as a “Current Information” filer with OTC Markets;
re-launched business strategy to finance and develop independent film projects while maximizing available film tax credits in
Canada and the US;
signed Letter of Intent to finance the independent commercially viable horror film “Vineyard”;
signed formal agreement to finance and develop “Vineyard”;
began the process of becoming a fully reporting issuer with the US Securities & Exchange Commission;
entered into discussions to finance and develop second commercially viable film project “Gord”;
retained Sistar Films, Inc. of Vancouver to oversee development of “Vineyard” and “Gord”; and
completed a comprehensive review of all books and records as part of the process to become fully reporting with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission.
“In the first six months of 2017 we accomplished a great deal,” stated Lisa Nelson, President of Cre8tive. “We moved our offices,
launched a new website and social media campaign, prepared and filed all our financial documents to get reinstated with OTC
Markets, signed a development agreement with a commercially viable horror film, entered into negotiations with a second
commercially viable film, and completed a thorough internal review of all books and records in anticipation of filing an S-1 with the
SEC. We very busy and I am extremely proud of what we accomplished,” continued Ms. Nelson.
Cre8tive’s objectives for the remainder of 2017 are:
maintain “Current Information” status with OTC Markets;
complete two year audit;
complete and file an S-1 registration statement with the US Securities & Exchange Commission;
complete funding for “Vineyard”;
complete the funding for “Gord”;
commence revenue generation through the launch of “Vineyard” and “Gord”;
strengthen management team;
prospect for additional commercially viable independent film projects; and
prospect for potential acquisition targets.
