I made a public apology for my rude and disrespectful comments. I don't blame you for being pissed at me. No excuses. I received very bad professional and health news on that day. I directed my fear and anger towards you. I know that we forming a personal connection and a friendship. I destroyed it all with one inexcusable, horrendous, and personal attack aimed at you. All I can do is ask for your forgiveness and promise that I will never attack you again. I am extremely embarrassed for my spineless and classless actions!
