No, probably not.. Every 5 years Cary moves locations and claims coorprate restructuring, this might be what he is in the process off..

Maybe the Increased volume a few months ago was Cary Allen flipping shares in order to secure the new location.

This scam JCDS will go on unlike actual business JCDS is to small for the SEC to care and Cary is pretty good at this con job, he knows the ins and out pretty well.
