...as for the 200,000 shares of FC being merged with 29.6mm shares of uwbi.......that's what the uwbi BK merger documents indicate.............fred scott's paper trail SHOWS $4 p/s, CASH........per the $176mm DTA frankie bought, less $52mm in BK priorities.......+/-...................pick your payola...........
........even $2.50 per (now, given FC at $375) works for me............and then we get either cash or stock in USB........once this NIGHTMARE turns in our favor.........very, very cool, for a change........BIGTIME......long overdue..........getting rich and famous ain't easy................
