I agree that they definitely NEED to provide clarity soon! I do feel the company just hasn't developed any kind of following thus far, however, putting out a PR stating they are giving BHVN "dividend shares" to ALL PTGEF shareholders who own the stock at a specific date approximately 2-3 months in the future from the day the PR is released would GET THEM DRAMATIC PUBLICITY IMMEDIATELY!! It would create a tremendous buying frenzy in PTGEF stock immediately due to existing shareholders (like me) buying MORE SHARES to get more shares of BHVN!!! And much more importantly it would create a buying frenzy by people who had NEVER considered buying this stock before!!

In addition to this PR....it would be wise for the company to put out a "follow up" PR maybe 7-10 days later explaining how they will also sell x number of BHVN shares to raise x number of dollars for NEW FINANCING of other promising young Biotechs to expand their portfolio, which would create a 2nd powerful buying frenzy in the stock and also provide added awareness in the investment community of PTGEF!!

And lastly...IF management has the foresight to do what I have just suggested, our share price would likely be very nearly DOUBLE .60's per share vs the present .32 and they could have a lower R/S!! As an example, if the stock is .60 a 1:20 spilt would put the share price at $12 which is more than adequate to draw mutual funds and institutional buyers!!

I am Bullish on PTGEF stock, but ONLY IF MANAGEMENT MAKES INTELLIGENT DECISIONS TO GUIDE US GOING FORWARD!! IF they sit on their hands we will continue to flounder in the .20's to .30's ALL IMHO. Thanks....
