So the question is," Why did Dr. Smith bring Healthmed Ltd out of mothballs and take it public, again"?. My guess, and it is a guess, deals with a patent which Healthmed owns. But which patent? The diabetes patent or the organ transport patent? Either one can bring a HUGE payday. The market for either is enormous. My guess leans toward the diabetes patent. With the dragging of time...... so little information from the company, I believe that Dr. Smith discovered a Treasure Chest! Being very active in the industry, I believe that Dr.Smith discovered that another company, or companies, just "may" be "INFRINGING" on the PATENT! If this is true, and PATENT INFRINGEMENT DID OCCUR, a settlement would be the "X" on the Treasure Map! There are several companies which are very good candidates to being possible infringers. Given all the information you listed, the Stock Float, the stock past high, we could easily Pass the old high. Why re-list the company? Why have so little to release to the shareholders? Maybe because Dr. Smith is buying time.... every day that goes by is ANOTHER day that INCREASES the DAMAGES that must be settled with the Patent Infringers..... just a "guess"........
