Am very curious as to where you got your information. The board members of record when this was a functioning "company" did have impressive credentials but the board was dissolved a long time ago. The two corporate officers, Norman Birmingham and Mario Faraone are either in jail now or on their way there. Give the Florida State Attorney (Mr.Edward Sullivan) a ring on the phone and get the straight scoop on this now defunct entity.
