Anytime I can buy an OTC stock under .0020 with booming volume and is on the top 20 most posted board and the price is above all 4 rising moving averages it's a good speculative buy imo, especially a material product stock. I think AAPH has the potential still to run higher, support at 7's right on the rising 20 and 50 day MA's
