Yes and people take drug tests to get the job as well as tell their interviewer they don't drink. I know plenty of people who work in hospitals and they are treated no differently than the rest of us when it comes to this kind of stuff. I 100% agree with you the guy should be doing this out back, but this is america and if he wants to smoke he can and will. We are on the same team.
