You must be new at this game....$1.00/share makes this obscure Oil Company worth $1.5 BILLION DOLLARS with the current share structure if it's even accurate....I have a feeling though the O/S is over 3 Billion shares

Even at 10 cents a share the market cap would be $150 Million at the currently listed share structure
