EIA reports a build of 78 Bcf versus expectations for a build of 82 Bcf and the 5 year average of 87 Bcf.

NG spikes up from $2.95 to $3.01/mcf when the news hits.

Current storage is 2,709 Bcf which is 228 Bcf above the five-year average of 2,481 Bcf.
