I agree, all facets must be considered. For example, what if the strat test went goofy? If there was a guarantee that the strat would perform exactly as expected there wouldn't need to be any testing. This is new technology, these are untested materials. The real world (mother nature) never forgets to throw everything it's got at you.

And in regards to the questions being posed, "Well, why don't they tell us (the shareholders) Why, Why not, Where, How and When?" They have far more important issues to occupy their time with right now than babysitting us. One missed or bungled step equals lost opportunity. No one will order a strat in my lifetime if there was a catastrophe of any extent.
