Sometimes a ticker can be run if enough interest can be generated to get people buying it. Unfortunately, when there's nothing happening, the only way to get it to run is to make things up. To get a dead ticker like GTLL trading at $.0001 that's been dark for years to run, however, can be challenging.

So far, of the dozen "Global Technologies" that exist in the world, two have been chosen to be passed off as GTLL. One in SA and one in Europe. Neither can be confirmed because to do so would expose them for what they are. NOT GTLL.

As we're seeing, no one's falling for it and as a result, a lot of traders are finding themselves stuck in this ticker. And that just perpetuates the attempts to run it.
