Looks like the public got lied to. SHOCKER!
Just goes to show REAL DUE DILIGENCE works one red flag at a time.

More that we learned from the disclosure SHOM submitted to OTCMARKETS.

1. Southern Home Medical lnc. Announced rescission of CES Technology LTD.

2. Southern Home Medical lnc. Announced rescission of KC Global LTD.

3. Revenues decreased $310,490 from 2016 levels.

Coca Cola East Japan, Medical Treasure, SHOM medical smartphone APP, the collaboration with the unknown Dr. "Liu Zhongzheng", KC Global. CES Technology....It was said SHOM was basically setting up "multiple streams of revenue", unfortunately it appears they merely wished to sell shares.

The much ballyhooed "Accumulation" has not paid off.

NOTE: the use of forward looking words or statements in a rebuttal renders the entire statement null and void and I will completely disregard them.
