Lightbridge Corporation (LTBR)

There's a few patterns at play, all bullish. I would much rather see it trending up then down, but this is not really a technical or fundamental play. The entire investment thesis is based on them securing a joint venture with Areva. The long delay since it was introduced last year up to now is VERY frustrating. It seems all milestones are stalled right now and I can't figure out why. I hope the uptrend represents more than a dead cat bounce and someone knowledgeable is buying. The trend could easily reverse down and head to new lows if the real news and milestones do not materialize.
