NEVER. Listen to your comment, "it will be promoted again". Do you realize that their constant obsession to promote this sham of a company is the reason the stock is in the toilet?

Listen to the conference call, the CEO sounded flustered when asked about cash position and need to raise more money. He states that at the end of Q1 they had the best cash position. That all came from selling low priced paper and warrants (right out of the Dutchess playbook) - nothing from operations. The company has no business. With the stock in the tank, minimal revenue and continued negative cash flow operations, lets see how much these potheads have burned through to support their fraud of a business at the end of this quarter.
