So they (the share price manipulators) can create another round of fake sell-off for them to maximize the profit = cover short positions cheaper & at the same time scoop up more shares from fainted hearts to profit on the BO.

BK, Dilution, RS, Delisting to OTC, blah blah...many fainted hearts rookies fall for this all the time...GTFO....sell sell sell..set stop losses for them to trigger!

Many ways for them to attack the sentimental retail investors' weak hearts.

I don't think it's the acquirer's game to attack the PPS.
