$FBC , FBC regional US bank is finally moving again, and has held and fully tested $30/share is now well on its way towards $40 IMHO. It is based in Michigan which has a huge real estate and business rally ahead of it based on cheap real estate and a stable economy now

The US Congress bill that just passed to deregulate banks and kill Frank-Dodd, caused the rally.
