Market crashes when 10 year treasury yield (2.18) crosses below the federal interest rate (.91) right now the cross over will happen in February 2018 according to my spreadsheets , if a 25 basis points increase happens next week it will occur October 2017 if 10 year treasury yield maintains its course. Going all in once I get my final confirmation, don't buy this yet not the time
