Who were these supposed world-class refiners that were "present"? And where is the outside, third-party report detailing the generation of the concentrates, how those concentrates were protected from tampering, and how/where the smelting was done?

This PR will sell a few shares to gullible investors, but it does not "prove" diddley-squat.

If there is any value to concentrates that El Capitan has produced, why not simply ship them to a reputable refiner and cash in? Why all the drama?
