Not what I said. PR states we have 30 days to convert after May 31st . Nowhere did I read May 31st was a cut off date to own shares to convert. Meaning you could buy XTRN tomorrow and still convert.

"All shares exchanged for XREE shares shall bear a 144 restrictive legend and all XTRN shareholders will be able to exchange their shares within 30 days of closing date which is May 31, 2017."
