You forgot about the part where we have proven our ability to chemically express cannabis with precision and have partnered with a Biotech based in the Texas Medical Center that can measure patient efficacy in real time using cannabis derived chemicals.

Combining the two abilities allows us the unique ability to provide personalized medicine and opens the door to identifying human genetic response to the entourage effect. We simply need to build the facilities infrastructure, but first we have to secure an ability to do so. That requires real-estate and a license.

As our recent announcement said, we're focusing all our efforts on that one single effort moving forward. I realize the science is complicated to understand so we'll be making an effort in the near future to break it down in layman's terms for those who don't understand the current state of cannabis science.
