I would think you would want to accumulate it below $3/share. If you look at the chart, it has ranged between $2-3/share for about a year now. (one spike up to $4+/share briefly). Accumulating it inside the range will allow you to have a good sized position when it does break out and go beyond $3/share consistently.
With all that is going on, and the launch of the Nexttrip site (go see it), it seems that a lot of work has been put into place. As GRS1 mentioned, when it finally catches investor's attention, you may not be able to get very many shares below $5/share.
If this company ever gets viewed as being able to book/receive/generate $100 million of revenues, (which is in their PRs and is compared to the > $1 billion of revenues/year at AirBnB), the stock will likely be higher than $10/share. My guess is closer to $20/share since a 2:1 market cap/sales ratio would be quite conservative for a rapidly growing company
(2:1 ratio generates the $10/share number).
