Doesn't matter. The info was insufficient and the ticker now gets deleted under revocation. Again, there is an SEC order from Friday that clearly states that the information required was not supplied. The company (which no longer even owns the stock as Asher was awarded the remnants), can lie as freely as they want. They have no control over the situation whatsoever. They have no legal ability or right to even make a filing. They own nothing
