I read the full debate last night on bill C-45

The PCs are just trying to find something that they want to complain about. Their new motto is to not have 'plants in the kitchen'. The issue is they clearly do not understand growing and the many options to do so. Even though the PCs are pushing the are fighting against a majority liberal government, and if everyone stays on party lines it will go through. The NDP as well is supportive of the bill, they wish to have MJ decriminalized right now but other then that they support the change. Prohibition has certainly proven that it does not work and this bill is to set in motion a way to squash the black market (won't happen), protect children, and lastly to generate tax dollars (not something they are saying but we all know true). I cannot say with 100% certainty that the 4 plants won't be rejected, but that also means rejecting the whole bill which Liberals will not allow. Patience people, this is a historic bill and debates always occur but I believe it will all get passed....
