Share selling scam! Don't trust DIRV. The company talks about increasing shareholder value, then waits 2 days to secretly file for a reverse split. Check their facebook posts, then check FINRA. Don't trust these people.

They're not concerned with shareholder value otherwise they wouldn't have reduced shareholder value lmao. Not to mention, DIRV will stick your broker with fees for the reorganization of the share structure in which your broker will then charge you for. Smh. SCAM!!
