Haven't we been accused of not understanding that R&D takes time?
Well, if they state that the R&D is incomplete, then obviously there is no completed product. Without a product, you can't reasonably deliver an engine capable of the performance the company advertises. Without the engine, you have no steady source of customers. Without the customers there is no economic motivation to establish manufacturing.
Therefore:
If the R&D is still underway, then there obviously must be no production. Wouldn't signing contracts to deliver that which you haven't developed be improper? Heaven Forbid! Therefore, the list of partnerships must be bogus as we know they would never promise something they can't deliver. Just ask Combilift!
