The form 144 either explains what it was or that there is more to come. Well with the various convertibles coming we know June will be similar to Aug. Not to mention around the time they provided the shares for this note they dumped about several million more shares into other insiders unrelated to the convertibles. This looks to be a very long painful summer. I know I am being repetitive but I'll say it again that their inability to get any sort of financial commitment or partnership for their mobile generation by now is discouraging.

It interesting how so many people with experience in the truck world thought there would be a market for this MG and that is just proving not to be the case.
